Rescheduling & Postponement
Sessions may be rescheduled or postponed to a later date by mutual agreement, subject to availability. Requests for rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. While reasonable flexibility may be offered at Sylvia’s discretion, rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation or entitle the client to a refund.
Force Majeure
In the event that a session, immersion, or container cannot be delivered as scheduled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party—including but not limited to illness, injury, medical emergencies, acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, war, civil unrest, power outages, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”)—no refunds will be issued.
Where possible, the affected session(s) will be rescheduled or postponed to a mutually agreed date or offered in an alternative format, at Sylvia’s discretion. If rescheduling is not feasible, the session may be credited for future use within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability.
Force Majeure circumstances do not release the client from their obligation to complete the full payment agreed upon at the time of booking.
No Midway Withdrawal
Midway withdrawal from any session, immersion, mentorship, or container is not permitted, and no partial refunds or credits will be issued. These offerings are immersive, energetic, and relational, and full participation and commitment are essential to the integrity of the work.
Commitment & Alignment
Sylvia is committed to facilitating each offering with care, presence, and integrity, with the intention that clients leave the experience feeling supported and complete. Clients are strongly encouraged to ask questions and seek clarity prior to booking to ensure alignment.
If you have any questions, concerns, or require clarification before proceeding, you are warmly invited to contact Sylvia directly.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
