My story —

I was not this confident, self-assured, and empowered Projector I am today, right away.

Back in 2018, the old Sylvia was standing on the beach by the Indian Ocean, bawling her eyes out over a heartbreak. My skin and lymph nodes were flaring up, I was the most underweight I had been, my nervous system was dysregulated, and I had just spent thousands of dollars on multiple advisors and healing modalities. I was seeking external validation and support to cure and diagnose myself, because I couldn’t hold space or trust myself. I equated my emotional conundrums and my victimhood with my identity.

But the worst of all?

My energy was a live broadcast of desperation, scarcity, confusion, and bitterness.

My self-worth? Tossed in the depths of the Indian Ocean.

My power? I couldn’t access it because I was so deeply in disempowerment that I couldn't even pay attention.

Waiting, healing, receiving, and self concept were words that did not belong in my vocabulary then.

I woke up one morning and decided that this was enough.

That henceforth, that version of Sylvia shall no longer exist.

I was so done.

The awareness of Human Design amplified and cemented this new shift for me; it shone a light on what I overlooked and what was possible.

And here is the real truth and your real wealth:

Wherever you are in your journey, your reality can shift — if you decide to meet yourself differently.

I know this because I have stood where you may be standing right now, at the crossroads between what is and what could be. Between the discomfort of the unknown and the quiet knowing that there has to be more than this.
